WhateverBabe Files: February 2016

Mono no Aware, photography by Carine Thevenau

I feel as if I've manifested a year's worth of blessings for February. Up to now I still feel overwhelmed. I have a friggin' awesome new job that is more fun than work--something I feel like I can do for a long time, which is an ultimately rare occurrence especially for such a fickle girl like me.

And I can't even begin to tell you how much I'm loving my new city, Bonifacio Global. Kind of weird but I suddenly feel like that girl who moved from Brooklyn to Manhattan in search of her dreams. Those stories of finding yourself in a new place with a new job were indeed as real and spiritually provoking as the feeling you get while watching or reading about them. PS: I only read one book of the I Heart New York series, but I watched The Carrie Diaries and followed Dan Humphrey's quest to take over the Upper East side.

I guess I was a little obsessed with having a transformative journey myself, that's why life manifested like it did.

I'm excited. Smitten. Really, really, really grateful.

And a little more excited of what's to come.

How this woman increased her blog traffic by 1000% in 3 months, may have been a lot of work but woah. I'm amazed.

The women in India are fighting for the right to pee.

Apparently there are seven types of boobs.

The power of planning your life ahead is so profound. Take it from Michael Hyatt.
This one really cracked me up. Childhood myths. Things people believed in when they were kids.
